A geographically distributed pharmacy business needed repeatable branch technology operations, reliable connectivity, centralized systems support and consistent security practices across a large and growing footprint.
Ahmed supported systems administration, network security and multi-site rollout operations, including FortiGate environments, Hyper-V infrastructure, Solver ERP support, SQL Server backup/restore tasks, endpoint upgrades and branch go-live readiness.
Environment: Zahrat Al-Rawdah Pharmacies, 2019–2022, spanning 150+ pharmacies across 10+ cities with central and branch technology dependencies.
A repeatable multi-site operating model combined standardized branch connectivity, security appliances, centralized virtualization, ERP/SQL support and disciplined rollout/handover practices so branch technology could scale without becoming completely bespoke at each location.
