From computer support to infrastructure, security and healthcare technology leadership.
I started with hands-on computer support, hardware, operating systems and customer-facing technical work. That foundation grew through retail and pharmacy environments where branch connectivity, uptime and user support were everyday operational requirements.
Over time, the scope expanded into systems administration, network security, virtualization, multi-site IT management and healthcare technology—where clinical systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, communications, backup and digital services must operate as one environment.
Today, I combine technical depth with operational ownership: practical technology decisions, documented controls, resilient services, vendor coordination and steady improvement rather than technology for its own sake.
